Biography

Jilary was born at Alice Springs, and has lived at Ltyentye Apurte for all her life. Jilary has worked at the art centre several times and has begun to paint on canvas and ceramics with more focus on the stories that she remembers being told by her uncle. The process of painting them helps Jilary remember the stories he told her and the other children of those families.

In 2010 Jillary started working at the art centre part time, she has attened severl interstate conferances representing Keringke.
